\u201cCONECTADOS CON NUESTRAS EMOCIONES\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Hay rincones en las instituciones educativas que parecen guardar m\u00e1s que pupitres y tableros. El punto Vive Digital<\/strong> de nuestra casa de estudios es uno de ellos. Hoy al mirar atr\u00e1s, en estos doce a\u00f1os de camino no vemos solo cables, pantallas y equipos tecnol\u00f3gicos. Vemos rostros historias y vidas que encontraron su rumbo entre p\u00e1ginas que nadie imaginaba ser\u00edan su br\u00fajula.<\/p>

Muchos de los que llegaron aqu\u00ed no ven\u00edan con las recomendaciones m\u00e1s altas en sus expedientes. Eran chicos y chicas que otras aulas no supieron entender. Su energ\u00eda desbordada se confund\u00eda con rebeld\u00eda, su forma de ver el mundo se tomaba como falta de atenci\u00f3n. Su potencial estaba atrapado en frustraciones que nadie se detuvo a escuchar. Vinieron de otras instituciones con la mochila llena de dudas, de etiquetas que no les pertenec\u00edan y de una fuerza que no sab\u00edan d\u00f3nde descargar.<\/p>

Cuando naci\u00f3 el proyecto INFOINEM TV<\/strong> establecimos una condici\u00f3n que a muchos les pareci\u00f3 extra\u00f1a y loca. Para ser parte de \u00e9l hab\u00eda que leer. No se trataba de manuales de c\u00e1maras, ni guiones prefabricados. La lectura obligatoria era la inteligencia emocional<\/strong>. Todos esos libros se suministraban directamente en el mismo punto Vive Digital, pero antes de acercarles cualquier texto nos reun\u00edamos en tertulias. All\u00ed habl\u00e1bamos de lo que les pasaba en ese momento de lo que les pesaba y de lo que no lograban resolver. Sin darse cuenta, ellos mismos iban descubriendo que la respuesta a tantas de sus dificultades ya estaba escrita en esas p\u00e1ginas. Nadie los obligaba a empezar. Ellos mismos decidieron acercarse a los libros porque escucharon que lo que buscaban ya estaba all\u00ed esper\u00e1ndolos.<\/p>

Al principio hubo resistencia. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve esto si no quiero ser ingeniero, m\u00e9dico etc.? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene que ver leer con manejar una c\u00e1mara? me dec\u00edan. Pero, poco a poco las p\u00e1ginas fueron haciendo su trabajo. Un d\u00eda el chico que siempre se peleaba todo el tiempo en el recreo, entendi\u00f3 que su ira nac\u00eda de sentirse ignorado; la que se aislaba en los rincones, comprendi\u00f3 que su silencio ten\u00eda mucho que decir; el que abandonaba todo a mitad de camino, aprendi\u00f3 que no es d\u00e9bil pedir ayuda.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Doce a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s los vemos convertidos en profesionales: m\u00e9dicos, comunicadores, ingenieros, maestros, abogados, artistas. Cada uno por su camino, pero todos con una huella que este lugar les dej\u00f3. La certeza de que conocer nuestras emociones es la herramienta m\u00e1s poderosa que existe. Lo que empez\u00f3 como un requisito se convirti\u00f3 en la llave que abri\u00f3 puertas que ellos cre\u00edan cerradas para siempre.<\/p>

No hay magia en esto ni recetas perfectas, solo la convicci\u00f3n de que cuando ense\u00f1amos a las personas a entenderse a s\u00ed mismas les damos la capacidad de construir su propio destino. El Punto Vive Digital no cambi\u00f3 sus vidas, \u00a0les ayud\u00f3 a encontrar en s\u00ed mismos la fuerza para cambiarlas ellos. Y esa es la historia que vale la pena contar. La de doce a\u00f1os en que la literatura emocional fue el puente entre el caos y el prop\u00f3sito, entre ser etiquetado como problema y convertirse en el protagonista de su propia vida.<\/p>
