Sabores de nuestra tierra: Un viaje literario y social por Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/strong><\/p>

Una experiencia pedag\u00f3gica a partir del libro \u201cHistorias de la cuchara\u201d de la autora Mar\u00eda Cristina Aparicio.<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong>La Magister Paola Mutis Vega, conjuntamente con sus alumnos de grado noveno, de la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa INEM \u201cFrancisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas\u201d de la ciudad de Popay\u00e1n, transformaron el aula de clases en un laboratorio social y gastron\u00f3mico a partir de la lectura \u201cHistorias de la cuchara<\/em><\/strong>\u201d. Este proyecto literario trascendi\u00f3 las p\u00e1ginas del libro para convertirse en un ejemplo vivo de aprendizaje significativo<\/strong>, donde la literatura funcion\u00f3 como el puente perfecto entre la teor\u00eda acad\u00e9mica, la cultura y la realidad de los pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica latina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

La experiencia pedag\u00f3gica se estructur\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de tres pilares fundamentales que permitieron a los estudiantes interiorizar el conocimiento:<\/p>

  • Comprensi\u00f3n del contexto y sus problem\u00e1ticas:<\/strong> Al explorar las narraciones, los alumnos no solo analizaron la trama lineal de los relatos. Se sumergieron en las realidades geogr\u00e1ficas, hist\u00f3ricas y sociales de Suram\u00e9rica. Identificaron problem\u00e1ticas profundas que marcan a la regi\u00f3n \u2014como la desigualdad, las , y la riqueza de la i<\/li>
  • d multicultural\u2014, logrando una empat\u00eda cr\u00edtica con los contextos estudiados.<\/li>
  • La cocina como puente cultural:<\/strong> La preparaci\u00f3n activa de las recetas presentes en cada cuento represent\u00f3 la materializaci\u00f3n del conocimiento. Al cocinar, los estudiantes conectaron los sentidos con la historia; comprendieron que cada ingrediente<\/li>
  • dentida lleva consigo un origen geogr\u00e1fico y un valor cultural. La gastronom\u00eda dej\u00f3 de ser un acto cotidiano para entenderse como el patrimonio vivo de los pueblos americanos.<\/li>
  • Socializaci\u00f3n y voz estudiantil:<\/strong> El proyecto culmin\u00f3 con una presentaci\u00f3n interactiva dirigida a toda la comunidad educativa. Este ejercicio de divulgaci\u00f3n consolid\u00f3 el aprendizaje colectivo, pues oblig\u00f3 a los alumnos a estructurar, argumentar y transmitir sus hallazgos, asumiendo un rol de l\u00edderes del conocimiento y transformando la escuela en un espacio de di\u00e1logo intercultural.<\/li><\/ul>

    Este ejercicio demostr\u00f3 que la literatura adquiere su verdadero valor cuando se habita. Los estudiantes de grado noveno, dejaron de ser receptores pasivos de informaci\u00f3n y se convirtieron en investigadores activos de su propio continente, demostrando que aprender es, en esencia, conectar el saber con la vida misma.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
