La educaci\u00f3n es un proceso clave para la transformaci\u00f3n individual y social, ya que contribuye al desarrollo de habilidades, la mejora de la calidad de vida y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. Resulta indispensable implementar enfoques educativos inclusivos, pertinentes y contextualizados que respondan a las necesidades de las comunidades. La UNESCO insta a las instituciones educativas a todo nivel a incorporar la educaci\u00f3n emprendedora como respuesta a las demandas sociales. Sin embargo, su implementaci\u00f3n ha sido limitada y frecuentemente reducida al \u00e1mbito empresarial, desvinculada del contexto social y del compromiso con la soluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas locales.<\/p>

La educaci\u00f3n enfrenta el reto no solo de identificar los desaf\u00edos sociales, sino de desarrollar en los individuos la capacidad de afrontarlos mediante procesos de intervenci\u00f3n contextualizados que fortalezcan el tejido social. En este marco, la formaci\u00f3n en competencias emprendedoras sociales resulta fundamental para transformar ideas en acciones concretas orientadas a la soluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas territoriales. Sin embargo, diversos autores coinciden en que los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de ense\u00f1anza no solo resultan insuficientes para fomentar el emprendimiento, sino que incluso pueden inhibir el desarrollo de actitudes y competencias emprendedoras.<\/p>

El \u00e1rea de gesti\u00f3n empresarial y la Universidad del Cauca, consideran este proyecto como inclusivo por su modelo pedag\u00f3gico y din\u00e1mico, que promueve la participaci\u00f3n de toda la comunidad educativa del INEM, con actividades de emprendimiento que contribuyan a mejorar el bienestar econ\u00f3mico de los estudiantes y sus familias. No solo se impulsa el emprendimiento, sino que fortalece el aprendizaje con un enfoque interdisciplinario, haciendo que los estudiantes aprendan haciendo y desarrollen competencias clave para su vida, en contextos reales, fortaleciendo las competencias ciudadanas, mientras fomentan el pensamiento creativo y el esp\u00edritu emprendedor.<\/p>

El INEM \u201cFrancisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas\u201d de Popay\u00e1n, en coherencia con su car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico y acad\u00e9mico, reconoce la necesidad de fortalecer en sus estudiantes competencias que trasciendan el aula y se proyecten hacia la vida personal, familiar y comunitaria. En este sentido, el presente proyecto se fundamenta en la identificaci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas y desaf\u00edos en la poblaci\u00f3n habitante de las comunas en menci\u00f3n, para ser resueltos a trav\u00e9s de iniciativas de emprendimiento social, como eje transversal que articule la formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica con el entorno cercano y el desarrollo social de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>

De esta manera, el proyecto se convierte en un escenario inclusivo y din\u00e1mico en el que convergen la Universidad del Cauca, estudiantes del INEM, docentes y padres de familia, quienes aportan desde sus roles a la formaci\u00f3n de ciudadanos cr\u00edticos, emprendedores y comprometidos con su entorno.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
