Ser contralora estudiantil fue una experiencia muy ch\u00e9vere, la verdad. Desde el principio fue un reto grande, pero tambi\u00e9n algo que me ayud\u00f3 much\u00edsimo a crecer como persona. Aprend\u00ed a liderar, a organizarme y sobre todo a tratar con muchas personas diferentes, cada una con su forma de pensar y sus opiniones.<\/span>
<\/span>Durante el tiempo que estuve en este cargo tuve la oportunidad de conocer mejor a mis compa\u00f1eros, de socializar con otros cursos y con profesores, y de entender c\u00f3mo funciona realmente la instituci\u00f3n por dentro. A veces fue dif\u00edcil, porque no todo el mundo piensa igual ni est\u00e1 de acuerdo con las decisiones, pero eso tambi\u00e9n me ense\u00f1\u00f3 a ponerme en los zapatos de los dem\u00e1s, a escuchar y a buscar soluciones sin generar conflictos.<\/span>
<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, este cargo me permiti\u00f3 representar a mi colegio fuera de la instituci\u00f3n, dando a conocer lo que somos, mostrando las actividades que realizamos y dejando en alto el nombre del INEM. Fue bonito poder posicionar y representar a mi colegio ante otras instancias, mostrando una buena imagen y demostrando el compromiso que tenemos los estudiantes con nuestra comunidad educativa.<\/span>
<\/span>Ser contralora me ayud\u00f3 a desarrollar paciencia, empat\u00eda y liderazgo. Me di cuenta de que para guiar a los dem\u00e1s no basta con dar \u00f3rdenes, sino que hay que dar ejemplo, tener buena actitud y estar dispuesta a colaborar. Me siento muy agradecida por la oportunidad que tuve, porque adem\u00e1s de cumplir con mis funciones, me llev\u00e9 muchas ense\u00f1anzas que me van a servir en el futuro.<\/span>
<\/span>En resumen, fue una experiencia muy bonita, llena de aprendizajes, de momentos buenos y tambi\u00e9n de desaf\u00edos que me ayudaron a crecer. Ser contralora fue m\u00e1s que un cargo, fue una etapa importante de mi vida estudiantil y me alegra haberla vivido con compromiso, responsabilidad y alegr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
