En la clase de espa\u00f1ol, orientada por la magister Paola Andrea Mutis V, y como parte del proyecto transversal de lectura \u201c todos a leer\u201d; <\/strong>\u00a0los estudiantes de los grados noveno, leyeron el libro \u201c Historias de la cuchara\u201d de <\/strong>\u00a0Mar\u00eda Cristina Aparicio, el cual es un delicioso viaje por la gastronom\u00eda e historia de Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>

En el marco del proyecto, los estudiantes se organizaron en grupos y a cada equipo le correspondi\u00f3 una de las historias del libro y la transform\u00f3 en una experiencia interactiva para toda la comunidad educativa.<\/p>

A partir de su lectura, los alumnos elaboraron carteleras en las que integraron im\u00e1genes, ilustraciones, datos y fragmentos relevantes de cada relato. Adem\u00e1s, incluyeron fotograf\u00edas y prepararon las recetas mencionadas, lo que permiti\u00f3 apreciar la riqueza gastron\u00f3mica de diversos pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica latina y conocer el contexto social y cultural en el cual se desarrollan estas historias.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El resultado fue una muestra colorida que no solo reflej\u00f3 la comprensi\u00f3n de los textos, sino tambi\u00e9n la diversidad cultural que la comida encierra. Cada grupo logr\u00f3 transmitir la importancia de la tradici\u00f3n culinaria como parte de la identidad de los pueblos. La exposici\u00f3n se convirti\u00f3 en un espacio para aprender y degustar no s\u00f3lo la comida, sino los momentos hist\u00f3ricos y sociales que estas historias encierran.<\/p>

Con este proyecto se demostr\u00f3 que la lectura puede ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las p\u00e1ginas, convirti\u00e9ndose en una experiencia viva, donde la investigaci\u00f3n y la gastronom\u00eda se encuentran para enriquecer el aprendizaje.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
