Su vida profesional parec\u00eda destinada a otros rumbos: trabaj\u00f3 en un bufete de abogados y se form\u00f3 s\u00f3lidamente en el campo t\u00e9cnico y de la ingenier\u00eda de sistemas. Sin embargo, el destino lo condujo a un lugar inesperado: una instituci\u00f3n educativa reconocida por el reto que representaba su poblaci\u00f3n estudiantil.<\/p><p>Al llegar, lo hizo con desconfianza. \u201cSolo me quedar\u00e9 un mes\u201d, pensaba, convencido de que su paso ser\u00eda breve. Pero todo cambi\u00f3 gracias a un estudiante: \u201cAlejandro\u201d, un joven brillante y motivado que despert\u00f3 en \u00e9l la certeza de que su talento pod\u00eda transformar vidas. Esa chispa lo llev\u00f3 a quedarse, y con el tiempo, a encontrar en la educaci\u00f3n no solo una opci\u00f3n, sino una vocaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Su rutina diaria es exigente. Entre cargas administrativas y labores t\u00e9cnicas, siempre busca espacio para lo que m\u00e1s le apasiona: trabajar directamente con los estudiantes. En los pasillos del colegio no solo le reconocen por su conocimiento, sino tambi\u00e9n por las historias que deja a su paso. Una de ellas es la de aquel estudiante que al inicio lo ve\u00eda con temor, y que ahora, despu\u00e9s se convirti\u00f3 en su colega, s\u00edmbolo del impacto humano que ha logrado.<\/p><p>Los retos no han sido pocos. El ambiente escolar, a veces duro y demandante, exige paciencia y compromiso. Sin embargo, Carlos se siente orgulloso de haber apostado por la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, convencido de que all\u00ed ha sembrado sus mayores logros. Habla con orgullo de la huella que ha dejado en las nuevas generaciones, no solo en lo acad\u00e9mico, sino tambi\u00e9n en lo humano.<\/p><p>A sus estudiantes les deja un consejo sencillo y profundo: \u201cleer y cultivar la inteligencia emocional\u201d. Est\u00e1 convencido de que estos dos h\u00e1bitos abren puertas, fortalecen el car\u00e1cter y preparan para la vida.<\/p><p>De cara al futuro, Carlos no se imagina jubilado ni lejos de la escuela. M\u00e1s bien sue\u00f1a con dejar un legado: proyectos tecnol\u00f3gicos, programas de formaci\u00f3n y, sobre todo, la semilla de la mentor\u00eda en quienes un d\u00eda tomar\u00e1n su lugar.<\/p><p>La entrevista concluye con una sonrisa serena. Carlos se siente satisfecho con el camino recorrido. Lo que empez\u00f3 como una decisi\u00f3n temporal se convirti\u00f3 en un proyecto de vida.
