EN CAMPEONATO NACIONAL DE PARKOUR ESTUDIANTE INEMITA SE BA\u00d1A EN BRONCE <\/strong><\/p>

Durante los d\u00edas 21 aL 24 de abril, se realiz\u00f3 en la ciudad de Paipa ( Boyac\u00e1) el campeonato nacional de parkour, <\/strong>d\u00f3nde el joven Santiago Daniel Garc\u00eda Arboleda, estudiante de la secci\u00f3n 10:01, ocup\u00f3 en tercer puesto en la categor\u00eda junior, modalidad Frestyle.<\/strong><\/p>

El parkour es una disciplina que ha ganado popularidad en lo \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, especialmente entre j\u00f3venes. Se trata de un estilo de movimiento que implica superar obst\u00e1culos en el entorn\u00f3 urbano de manera eficiente y creativa.<\/p>

El parkour se basa en la idea de moverse de manera fluida y natural a trav\u00e9s del entorno, utilizando t\u00e9cnicas como saltos, escaladas y desplazamientos laterales.<\/p>

\u00a0Los practicantes de parkour conocidos como \u201ctraceurs\u201d<\/strong>, buscan superar obst\u00e1culos de manera creativa y eficiente, utilizando el entorno como un espacio de juego y desaf\u00edo.<\/p>

Felicitamos a Santiago quien participa por la delegaci\u00f3n del Valle, (liga de gimnasia) d\u00f3nde ha encontrado apoyo para practicar este deporte.<\/p>

Si est\u00e1s interesado en probar el parkour, es importante encontrar un grupo o instructor experimentado que te ense\u00f1e las t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas y te ayude a desarrollar tus habilidades de manera segura.
