NUESTRO RETO PARA 2025-2029
La meta institucional del INEM, para los lectivos 2025-2029, debe ser la consolidaci\u00f3n de su modelo
o propuesta pedag\u00f3gica; cuyo prop\u00f3sito es aportar a la construcci\u00f3n del PROYECTO DE VIDA DE
LOS ESTUDIANTES INEMITAS. Modelo que se basa en cuatro pilares; desarrollo de la autonom\u00eda
cognitiva, desarrollo de la autonom\u00eda moral, desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional y desarrollo de
competencias (b\u00e1sicas, laborales generales y espec\u00edficas) y que tiene como fundamento pedag\u00f3gico
los postulados de la PEDAGOG\u00cdA DIALOGANTE desarrollada por el pedagogo Colombiano Juli\u00e1n de
Zubir\u00eda.
Con esta meta en mente; si bien, el modelo permite una variedad de estrategias pedag\u00f3gicas, la
invitaci\u00f3n es a fortalecer la estrategia de los Proyectos Pedag\u00f3gicos y Proyectos Pedag\u00f3gico
Productivos. Recordemos que estos proyectos pueden ser disciplinares (propios y exclusivos de cada
una de las \u00e1reas del Plan de Estudios), interdisciplinares (articulando dos o m\u00e1s \u00e1reas) o
transdisciplinares (desarrollados por otros miembros de la comunidad educativa, diferentes a los
docentes y que no necesariamente apunte a los objetivos de las \u00e1reas). Los proyectos ya establecidos
y que han venido desarroll\u00e1ndose con \u00e9xito desde a\u00f1os anteriores, deber\u00e1n mantenerse. La direcci\u00f3n
de la instituci\u00f3n asume el deber de asegurar los recursos necesarios para que as\u00ed sea.
Los nuevos proyectos que se pretendan implementar, deber\u00e1n apuntar al prop\u00f3sito institucional de
apoyar la construcci\u00f3n del PROYECTO DE VIDA DEL ESTUDAINTE INEMITA. La direcci\u00f3n del plantel
deber\u00e1 apoyar estos proyectos con recursos propios de la instituci\u00f3n o con recursos que se gestionen
ante la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y otras entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas.
En atenci\u00f3n a lo anterior y teniendo en cuenta los dos ejes movilizadores de nuestra Jornada \u00danica;
EDUCACI\u00d3N ART\u00cdSTICA Y CULTURAL y CIENCIA, TECNOLOG\u00cdA E INNOVACI\u00d3N, la direcci\u00f3n del
INEM, se enfocar\u00e1 en tres l\u00edneas; formulaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico 2025-2029,
apoyo a Proyectos Pedag\u00f3gico Productivos interdisciplinares generados desde el Nivel de Educaci\u00f3n
Media Diversificada (Bachillerato Acad\u00e9mico, Bachillerato en Gesti\u00f3n Empresarial, Bachillerato en
Computaci\u00f3n, Bachillerato en Gesti\u00f3n Agropecuaria y Bachillerato Industrial), apoyo a proyectos
disciplinares, interdisciplinares y transdisciplinares que se generen desde los Niveles de Educaci\u00f3n
Preescolar, B\u00e1sica Primaria- Secundaria y otros actores institucionales. Todo esto, acompa\u00f1ado de
una estrategia comunicativa y de mercadeo desde el Punto Vive Digital Plus.
Esta invitaci\u00f3n y reto para consolidar nuestra propuesta pedag\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s del fortalecimiento o
implementaci\u00f3n de nuevos proyectos pedag\u00f3gicos y pedag\u00f3gicos productivos, implica
necesariamente la actualizaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n de nuestros docentes en metodolog\u00edas pertinentes,
como; Desing Thinking, Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos, Marco L\u00f3gico, Canvas, \u2026
Afortunadamente contamos con el talento humano propio y el apoyo de externos en este punto.
