La producci\u00f3n agropecuaria es una actividad vital para la existencia de la humanidad ya que, contribuye de manera significativa a la\u00a0provisi\u00f3n de alimentos b\u00e1sicos\u00a0para la sociedad.\u00a0 Esta actividad consiste en el cultivo de la tierra con el objetivo de obtener frutos y vegetales y la crianza de animales para generar carne, leche y sus derivados.<\/p>

El hombre practica la agricultura\u00a0hace m\u00e1s de diez mil a\u00f1os y hasta hace unos 10 a\u00f1os en nuestro pa\u00eds no hab\u00eda problemas con las generaciones de relevo para el desarrollo de esta actividad. Cabe resaltar que, \u00a0las nuevas generaciones no ven con agrado vivir ni trabajar en el campo debido a que en Colombia este sector se ha desvalorizado por las malas pol\u00edticas aplicadas por el gobierno nacional, adem\u00e1s que, con los nuevos avances tecnol\u00f3gicos los j\u00f3venes prefieren desplazarse a las grandes ciudades y optar por carreras relacionadas con las redes sociales o afines; lo cual ha causado la disminuci\u00f3n de la productividad agropecuaria a nivel regional, departamental y nacional. Es as\u00ed como, se ha ocasionado que mucha de la comida que consumimos en el Cauca, viene de otros departamentos e incluso de otros pa\u00edses encareciendo a un m\u00e1s el costo de vida de los caucanos y empobreciendo a\u00fan m\u00e1s a nuestros campesinos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Desafortunadamente, muchos de nuestros j\u00f3venes desconocen el avance t\u00e9cnico y tecnol\u00f3gico que se ha desarrollado a nivel agropecuario producto de la globalizaci\u00f3n. Un ejemplo de esto es que se han desarrollado aplicaciones o software inform\u00e1ticos para el manejo administrativo de las fincas, y muchas de las operaciones agr\u00edcolas actuales se hacen con maquinaria como tractores, drones o equipos de riego y de cosecha automatizados, lo que facilita la labor agropecuaria e incrementa su productividad.
Por consiguiente, se hace prioritario y relevante que nuestros ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes identifiquen y aprendan a utilizar todos los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos agropecuarios para que puedan considerar permanecer en el campo o volver a \u00e9l resignificando esta actividad econ\u00f3mica. Es all\u00ed, donde la educaci\u00f3n juega un papel trascendental y nosotros como agentes educativos debemos tratar de brindarles las herramientas necesarias para que las presentes y nuevas generaciones adquieran los conocimientos y competencias necesarias para que puedan evidenciar la viabilidad y necesidad de retomar las labores del campo, pero de manera tecnificada.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Siendo consecuentes con lo anterior, \u00a0la Sede de La Granja del INEM, ubicada en la Vereda Gonzales la cual cuenta con: 2 hect\u00e1reas, equipos, herramientas y personal id\u00f3neo para el desarrollo de sus proyectos agropecuarios, ofrece la oportunidad de implementar laboratorios biol\u00f3gicos de formaci\u00f3n de las presentes y futuras generaciones para el relevo en el sector agropecuario del Departamento del Cauca. Adem\u00e1s, La Granja del INEM cuenta con un programa de articulaci\u00f3n con el SENA, lo que permite que los egresados salgan con excelentes competencias en el manejo agroecol\u00f3gico de los recursos naturales y la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria contribuyendo al mejoramiento y conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, y asegurando una generaci\u00f3n de relevo que contribuya efectiva y significativamente en la producci\u00f3n de alimentos en nuestro departamento y en el avance econ\u00f3mico del campo en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
