institucional inicia a partir de este a\u00f1o una <b>Nueva Era<\/b>, nuevos retos y grandes compromisos para nuestros estudiantes, que permitir\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de Talleres el aprendizaje y la interpretaci\u00f3n de instrumentos musicales que conlleven a la formaci\u00f3n de lideres capaces de proyectar su formaci\u00f3n art\u00edstico musical e imagen institucional, la responsabilidad, trabajo individual y colectivo, disciplina, sociabilidad, solidaridad y liderazgo ser\u00e1n los valores que permitan en nuestros estudiantes una verdadera formaci\u00f3n integral.<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\">El proyecto <b>ESCUELA DE TALENTOS<\/b> tiene como <b>objetivo<\/b> la proyecci\u00f3n cultural e imagen Institucional basado en un gran trabajo social que comprometa y resalte a nuestra Instituci\u00f3n Educativa INEM Francisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas del Municipio de Popay\u00e1n con la gente de nuestras Galer\u00edas, comunas e instituciones educativas de nuestra ciudad y departamento, con el fin de alegrar y brindar nuevos espacios de educaci\u00f3n a estos sectores que no han tenido la oportunidad de escuchar y SEMILLEROS<\/b>: les permite a los estudiantes de Grados sextos a trav\u00e9s de una exploraci\u00f3n r\u00edtmica y sonora adquirir confianza, inter\u00e9s y pasi\u00f3n por la m\u00fasica participando de ensambles vocales e instrumentales que les permitan vivenciar y demostrar sus capacidades musicales.<\/p><p class=\"Default\" style=\"margin-left: 36.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\"><b>2. BANDA MUSICAL<\/b>: Les permite a los grados S\u00e9ptimo, Octavo y Noveno un trabajo Instrumental con base en lecto-Escritura desarrollando sus habilidades de audici\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n con instrumentos de Cuerda Frotada, Viento y Percusi\u00f3n.<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\"><b>3. GRUPOS MUSICALES<\/b>: estar\u00e1 dirigido a los estudiantes de Grados Decimos y Once que vienen en proceso musical.<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\">4. <b>TALLERES DE APOYO<\/b>: Taller de Guitarra Manejo de Sonido, Dise\u00f1o y Pintura.<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Default\">\u00a0<\/p><p
