Uno de los componentes para generar un ecosistema de innovaci\u00f3n en la instituci\u00f3n educativa Inem Francisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas, es la generaci\u00f3n de un espacio de innovaci\u00f3n, un lugar dise\u00f1ado para facilitar la creatividad, generaci\u00f3n\u00a0y el intercambio de ideas y soluciones\u00a0entre los docentes, estudiantes de la instituci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s stakeholders (partes interesadas). Fomentando su inspiraci\u00f3n e impulsando su capacidad de crear atendiendo el llamado a integrarse en la din\u00e1mica social de la producci\u00f3n y circulaci\u00f3n del conocimiento en tendencia mundial, y se espera que esto se produzca a partir de la innovaci\u00f3n, pero para ello primero deber\u00e1 transformarse la forma en que se viene concibiendo a s\u00ed misma, por lo tanto, se debe realizar una reingenier\u00eda profunda de los sistemas que la componen, pero, sobre todo, reorientar ideol\u00f3gicamente su acci\u00f3n para que pueda establecer verdaderos puentes de comunicaci\u00f3n con otros actores y realidades sociales. Hacer que la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa INEM \u201cFrancisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas\u201d del Municipio de Popay\u00e1n migre hacia una cultura de innovaci\u00f3n requiere que se movilicen en su interior una serie de enunciados que pueden facilitar la integraci\u00f3n de actores como estudiantes, docentes, padres de familia\u00a0 y realidades sociales. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la co-creaci\u00f3n ha venido ganando terreno como una herramienta que permite acercar a diferentes actores en torno a un objetivo productivo, como lo es la creaci\u00f3n colectiva de ideas y soluciones a problem\u00e1ticas comunes.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Grandes empresas y universidades han implementado estos espacios entendiendo la importancia de obtener mejor rendimiento en la investigaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y resultados, en su capacidad para inspirarse y a la hora de disfrutar m\u00e1s de los proyectos generados para afrontar las realidades que ata\u00f1en estos tiempos, por sus importantes resultados se ha trasladado esta iniciativa a la educaci\u00f3n como principal fuente de fomento consider\u00e1ndose la etapa crucial en la vida de cada persona que busca superaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Dejan entonces las instituciones educativas de ser encasilladas como ortodoxas y de poca capacidad para acoplarse a los cambios y nuevas tendencias. Los dise\u00f1os orientados a la creatividad, inspiraci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n entre los estudiantes, docentes, padres de familia y dem\u00e1s partes interesadas, deben tener un lugar dentro de la instituci\u00f3n con el \u00fanico fin de eliminar barreras tanto en la interacci\u00f3n como en lo participativo. Este presente proyecto busca propiciar un lugar dise\u00f1ado bajo los est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos para ser considerado como tal, estar\u00e1 libre de obst\u00e1culos, equipado y amueblado con lo necesario para incentivar m\u00e1s enfoques novedosos y hacerlo parte de la transformaci\u00f3n institucional que viene d\u00e1ndose en el mundo a nivel educativo con espacios convocantes.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

En conclusi\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de un sal\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3n en la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa INEM \u201cFrancisco Jos\u00e9 de Caldas\u201d acompa\u00f1ado de metodolog\u00edas de innovaci\u00f3n y el promover la cultura de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas es un paso esencial hacia la transformaci\u00f3n educativa. Este espacio, dise\u00f1ado para fomentar la creatividad y la colaboraci\u00f3n, permitir\u00e1 a los estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia generar y compartir ideas y soluciones a problemas comunes. La implementaci\u00f3n de este sal\u00f3n de innovaci\u00f3n promover\u00e1 una cultura de innovaci\u00f3n dentro de la instituci\u00f3n.
